Off to see frazer and chums at no fuss events for the first no fuss race of the year
a wee triathlon - 400m pool swim - 10 mile run -3mile run
good warm up for sundays penultimate round of the ABC winter series.
Would have been nice to have the skins compression wear i ordered earlier in the week perfect chance to try them out but hum ho.
Will be good to get a battle going with mark on sunday though after a winter plagued by injury for him - still seems to be going strong ! -
half an hour till the road trip begins !
