working now - not as much spare time as i once had , working all day training all night ;)

From Bikes and bits

Singlespeeded my merida in preparation for the strathpuffer in which ive decided to do the solo singlespeed catagory. So got three bikes ripe for the riding now.

Working on the finer points of chain tension on the merida though its not finished - does look good as an SS though!

Mid way through my build training for the puffer , monster ride next week should see me good for 4 weeks taper/recovery (from the cold no doubt) into the race over christmas
