monday - tri club swimming
tuesday - half hour run
wednesday - rest
thursday - hefty night riding session
friday - alternates between work and night riding
saturday - work in the shop
sunday - ride all day !
Finally got back to swimming for tri after taking a year off and im actually enjoying it again , we got a new coach last january and i didnt gel . so i stopped going with the intention of swimming on my own .but thats incredibly boring !
should be plenty fit come february 24th anyway
