After the turbo trainer effort last wednesday i found my self on saturday suffering the "pre" effects of a cold ...
so far this week ive really backed off the training a cold now would be very detrimental to the new zealand effort...and ive put alot of training into it
so far this week after a 400k week last week ive done about 30 kms on a pre organised uni trip to laggan ... i did a 6km run to try and sweat the head cold out ...but all i did was move it into my chest but its gone in less than 3 days
back to training tomorrow , shame the ride starts 15-20k from my house and my car is still turnips on toast ! so ride 20k to the start....ride the 30 or 40 k ride...then ride 20k or so home at 10.30pm !
